Individual admission prices
Individual admission prices in the right-hand column include a c.10% donation per person.Your donation helps to support international breeding programmes at the Zoo and crucial conservation projects in the wild.
Please note that the gorilla house is currently closed whilst a major refurbishment is taking place, click here to find out more. The gorillas can still be viewed on gorilla island during the day (on warmer days) and on our webcams by clicking here.

Terms and Conditions
Adults must accompany children aged under 15 years old.
Concessions include senior citizens, young people aged 15 to 18 years, disabled adults and students. Students will need to show their NUS or ISIC card.
Proof of disability will be requested, which may include a Blue Badge, statement of special educational needs from LEA or NHS, or a letter from a medical professional on NHS headed paper.

Opening hours
We’re open every day from 9am-5.30pm in peak season, and close at 5pm during off peak. The Zoo is closed on Christmas Day. Last entry to the Zoo is an hour before closing time and animal houses close half an hour before closing time.
