We will refund the cost of your ticket* if you become a member within seven days of visiting (we just need to see your receipt)**.

*If your child is 2 years old upon the expiry date of your current membership, their membership will be free of charge when you come to renew. If your child turns 3 years of age before your current membership expiry date, then they will need to be paid for when you renew.

Please note that our membership office is open daily from 9am-4:30pm. When purchasing your membership online you membership will be effective immediately, however your membership pack will take up to 14 days to arrive.
You can now purchase child memberships without having an adult on the membership.

Before purchasing your annual membership please consider carefully the people you would like to include for the year ahead. We are unable to add anybody once the membership year has commenced.
Memberships at Bristol Zoo are grouped by household. Should you wish to add additional members of your household to an existing membership at a later date, they will be charged the full price and will be added to the same household account.
Due to the low cost and good value for money presented by the child and disabled child individual memberships, they will not be entitled to receive complimentary tickets or half price vouchers. Details for a paying adult must be provided at time of purchase. If paying adult is currently a member of Bristol Zoo, the child must be added to adults’ membership account.
