Inspire your class with an active session designed to engage children with the natural world, develop their communication and social skills, and enrich their learning.
Most of our education sessions take place outdoors, taking advantage of Bristol Zoo Project's diverse habitats and giving children maximum opportunity to observe and learn about our animals. Some sessions are partially delivered indoors in zoo classrooms and animal viewing areas.

Find out about bugs and their habitats before going on a real minibeast hunt! Pupils discover different groups of minibeasts and get to grips with using bug pots, magnifying glasses and identification charts.

Come on a safari adventure at Bristol Zoo Project! Explore the African village, see our giraffes and zebras, and learn about the animals that live on the African savannah with hands-on natural artefacts including furs and skulls.
Locate Africa and consider what it would be like for humans and animals to live there
