We joined a fishing trip with a difference on Bristol’s historic floating harbour – to ‘catch’ plastic waste in the water, aboard the Poly Roger, a boat made almost entirely from plastic fished out of Britain’s rivers and waterways.
At Bristol Zoo, we have 267 weekly volunteers that help out across 14 different roles around our Clifton site. From animal keepers, rangers and animal discovery volunteers to gardeners, children’s craft and our Avon Gorge and Downs Wildlife Project.
