There is no entry fee to enter this competition.

1. Event Dates: The Merry and Wild Prize Draw will take place following the end of the Big Gift Hunt, 5 January 2026.

2. How to Enter: Find the giant gifts around the zoo. Solve the riddle on each gift. Mark on the trail map, a joining line between all the matching animals and items. Once complete, fill in your contact details on the trail map and post in the box at Visitor Information.

3. Eligibility: The Merry and Wild Prize Draw is open to all zoo visitors. Participants must have attended the zoo over the duration of the programme, and submitted their application in person on the day of visiting.

4. Prize Draw: Posting your answers and contact details enters you into the prize draw, where a range of prizes are available. The winners will be drawn from a random name picker generator.

5. Prizes: Prizes in the prize draw include, but are not limited to, a zoo membership, a plush animal toy, tickets to a conservation talk, zoo admission tickets, and an animal experience. All prizes are subject to availability.

Prize Restrictions:

6. Claiming a Prize: Bristol Zoological Society will notify the winners when and where the prize can be claimed.

7. Each prize winner will be randomly allocated one of the available prizes.

8. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. Each participant may only submit one entry, and win once, and claim one prize.

General Conditions:

10. There is no competition entry fee to enter this competition. However, it is only available to visitors to Bristol Zoo Project between Saturday 29 November and Monday 5 January.

11. Entry into the prize draw competition is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

12. The competition and these conditions are governed by English law and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England
