We are recruiting a team of enthusiastic and experienced Rangers to join the learning team at Wild Place Project.
The primary function of this role is to engage visitors with the natural world and strengthen the visitor experience of our new Bear Wood exhibit, opening in July 2019.
The Ranger team will staff the Bear Wood exhibit, interacting with visitors, delivering some talks, and engaging with visitors using a variety of activities, props and bio facts.
Rangers will have a good knowledge of British wildlife, as well as zoos and conservation. They should be able to demonstrate the ability to engage with guests of all ages, abilities and interest. Candidates should have experience of public interaction and engagement as well as public speaking.
