The staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Ben, especially, is a great ambassador for Bristol Zoo Project and animal conservation as a whole. The animals are well looked-after and always look healthy. This is my 3rd visit and many more will occur, very enjoyable experience for my mum for her birthday treat.
