Zoo to you
A zoo visit can be an interesting and educational experience. However, if you can’t make it to us with your group, we can come to you. And when you book a ‘Zoo to you’ session, we’ll bring some of our smaller animals along as well as biofacts such as skins, skulls, horns and stuffed specimens (many of which are confiscations from HM Revenue and Customs).
'Zoo to you’ visits are very popular, so please book well in advance. Prices start at £85.

The Education section offers the same topics we teach in the Zoo, for:
These sessions meet the requirements of the National Curriculum, or exam board specification, if required.
We also offer fun sessions for holiday play scheme groups.
Availability of sessions: These sessions are only available 10am-4pm, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately education officers cannot make school visits during June and July.

'Zoo to you' also visits a huge variety of organisations and events.
So if you are a group, such as scouts, guides, brownies, cubs or rainbows, the Women’s Institute, a hospital or a retirement home or if you are organising a corporate event or festival, you can book us to visit you.
For those of you who are wishing to be reminded of your own experiences of the Zoo but also want to find out more about our current conservation work both in the Zoo and around the world, we offer a slideshow talk.
Availability of visits: Visits are available to book during the week, the weekend and on evenings, throughout the year.
