A position has arisen to join our Guest Services Team, working within our grounds, office, membership and car parks. The successful candidate’s main responsibilities will be to deliver a welcoming and friendly experience for our guests and to accurately process all administrative aspects of the role. If you like variety and working both in an office environment and outdoors then this is a great job for you. You will be required to work on a rota basis across teams fulfilling a range of tasks that could include anything from selling memberships to parking cars.
Ø Flexibility and a willingness to support the Guest Services provision and wider Zoo team in extra duties, such as event work.
Ø An enjoyment of working outdoors whatever the weather.
Ø Confident and courteous approach to guest interaction.
Ø Experience in delivering a first class Customer Service experience in a face to face role
Ø UK Driving Licence.(limited amount of driving a company vehicle involved)
Ø Facilities cleaning experience.
Ø Confident use of Microsoft packages.
This position will be working 37.5 hours per week as part of the departmental 7 day rota, which will include regular weekend and Bank Holiday work.
