Ticket Information

You choose when you visit and what you pay!

We’ve introduced a new pricing structure, which allows you to take control of when you visit us and at what price. Prices change throughout the year - dependent on seasons and specific days – and for 68 per cent of the time the price you pay will always be lower than in 2016.

Tickets will always be cheaper online and you could save up to 29 per cent by choosing to pay online rather than at the gate.

We’re introducing even more to the Zoo in 2017, meaning more immersive, educational and interactive visits.

Throughout 2017 we’ll be running our Kuki the Zooperhero trail where children can become wildlife heroes and explore our Zoo grounds, learning all about our interesting residents.

Our restaurant is also undergoing a significant redevelopment. The Hide, which is due to open after Easter will now be able to seat 300 guests. Offering table service, themed cocktails and an ever-changing seasonal menu, the new dining space will transport guests to various ecosystems with lots of interactive experiences along the way.

We have also started offering a variety of new ranger-led tours. From 8th April, we are swapping over to our summer schedule which will include some great new additions. You will also see the return of the Amazing Animal shows, re-opening of the Lemur Walk-through and much more. See our current animal talks here >

We are renovating lots of our exhibits and play zones throughout the year, including ZooRopia and our much-loved adventure playground, which will house lots of interactive play equipment. Splash play zone is now open for the summer!

In addition to the on-site upgrades, the warmer months will be bursting with fun events including Friday Twilights where you can explore the Zoo at dusk. See our events here >

We’ll be announcing lots more over the next couple of months, including the exciting Dinomania takeover this summer, where prehistoric creatures will be hatching and roaring all around the Zoo.
