Terms and Conditions
- One adult is admitted free for every three 3-4 yr olds when visiting as a group.
- One adult is admitted free for every seven children/pupils when visiting as a group.
- Children 3-14 years inclusive must be accompanied by an adult.
- Concessions include senior citizens, young people aged 15-18 years, disabled adults and students. Students will need to show their NUS/ISIC card at the entrance.
- Group discounts and benefits apply to 10 or more paying people.

Donations contribute to:
- our partnership with the Cameroon Wildlife Aid Fund, helping endangered primates
- our partnership with the Living Earth Foundation, working with African governments and engaging with local communities
- the upkeep of primates in the Zoo that are part of the European endangered species breeding programme
Visitor Information
- Open daily from 9am to 5.30pm in peak season, closing at 5.00pm off-peak.
- Guthrie Gate is not open, please use the main entrance and exit only.
- Closed Christmas Day.
- Last entrance to animal houses is half an hour before closing.
- Last entrance to the Zoo is an hour before closing.
- Free entry for under 3's - baby changing and feeding facilities available.
- The Pelican Restaurant serves hot meals and snacks and has a covered picnic area.
- Discounts for groups.
- Shop for gifts and souvenirs.
- Wheelchair-friendly: 20 wheelchairs and 2 electric scooters are available for hire. Please phone to pre-book 0117 974 7357.
