Information for group organisers
- One adult is admitted free with every 3 paying 3-4 year olds.
- One adult is admitted free with every 7 paying pupils/students.
- No minimum number of visitors required for groups with special needs/residential homes.
- Group meals are available. Contact groups [at] bristolzoo [dot] org [dot] uk for a booking form.
- Free pre-visit for the group organiser. Please phone the Zoo to arrange.
- For safety, please label small children. Enquiries about lost children should be made at the first aid post, at the Central Office in the middle of the Zoo or with a cashier.
- No advance payment is required. Visa/Mastercard/Switch/Delta or cheque accepted on the day.
- One person should be responsible for the group's entrance fee.
- Please make cheques payable to ‘Bristol Zoo Gardens’, writing your treasurer’s name and address on the reverse. If it is a personal cheque, please bring your cheque card.
