Please Note:
- Please purchase your ticket before entering ZooRopia
- Those participating in this activity do so on the condition that they have read and understood this notice
- All those under the age of 16 must have the consent of their parents or guardian
- Admission and participation is at the discretion of the instructors
Dress code:
Please note that the following items can NOT be worn (if in doubt please ask an instructor before purchasing your ticket):
- Jewellery and watches (please also empty your pockets)
- Skirts/dresses
- High heels, ‘Crocs’ shoes, flip flops/unfastened sandals or any shoe that may fall off!
The course must not be used by anyone who is:
- Over the weight of 114kg (18 Stone)
- Pregnant
- Under 5yrs
- Under 1.1m
Or has:
- A heart complaint
- A spinal injury or a weak spine
- Any medical condition they consider may be exacerbated by participating in these activities
Participants are fitted with personal protective equipment and secured to ropes so they are safe at all times. Safety is our number one priority.
Please be aware that there are some inherent risks associated with all such adventurous activities. Neither Bristol Zoo nor Head 4 Heights will accept liability for any such injury. Furthermore, neither Bristol Zoo nor Head 4 Heights will be held liable for damage to clothing or personal effects.
