Meet & greets

Your meet & greet experience will include

• Entry into the Zoo for you and a friend
• An introductory briefing by one of our animal keepers
• Going behind the scenes of an animal enclosure
• Coming face to face with the animals
• Complimentary drink in the Coral Café
• The opportunity to ask our keepers any questions you may have.

The experience is available for adults and children over the age of 6 years old, however children between the ages of 6 to 15 years old must be accompanied by a spectating parent/guardian.

* Please note your family member/friend will not be able to join you in any of the enclosures, if they would like to take photographs this is allowed

Restrictions

Regrettably certain guests will be unable to take part including people with relevant phobias or known allergies; pregnant women; and immunocompromised individuals.  Whilst every effort is made to accommodate those with a disability or learning difficulty, due to practicality and health and safety this cannot always be achieved; please contact Bristol Zoo for advice before purchasing.

Cancellations:

• If we have 14 days or more notice of cancellation – 50% will be refundable
• If we receive less than 14 days notice of cancellation – we regret that no refund or alternative date will be possible
• The experience is transferable to another date if we receive no less than 14 days' notice. The experience is transferable to another individual.
• If Bristol Zoo Gardens cancels then alternative dates will be offered, if no dates can be found a full refund will be arranged.
