A night of comedy is set to take place in the grounds of Bristol Zoo Gardens next month.
Tickets are still available for the ‘Giggle’ event on Sunday July 30th which will see some of the UK’s top comedians take to the stage in the beautiful surroundings of the Zoo’s botanical gardens.
This year’s line-up features Ed Gamble, Matt Forde, Rose Matafeo, Steve Bugeja and Harry and Chris, along with local stand-up comedian and warm-up artist Mark Olver.
Tickets are on sale for the gig which will take place in a large marquee in the centre of the Zoo and will raise valuable funds for the Zoo’s conservation projects around the world. Tickets prices start from £20 and include entrance to the Zoo from 6.30pm with the event finishing at 11.30pm.
This is the fourth year the event has been held, with tickets selling out in previous years. Premium tickets are now also available for the event which has limited capacity and visitors are being urged to purchase tickets early to avoid disappointment.
Wendy Walton from the Zoo said: “Our unique location makes this a comedy night like no other; guests can explore the Zoo grounds after closing time and then settle down on our main lawn under a large undercover canopy to watch some of the best comedians around. It’s sure to be another fantastic event and we are really looking forward to it.”
Tickets are available here.
Food and drink will be available to purchase on the evening from outlets on site.
Bristol Zoo Gardens is a conservation and education charity and relies on the generous support of the public not only to fund its important work in the Zoo but also its vital conservation and research projects spanning five continents.
